We Are Looking For

The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within their assigned geography or territory. This role involves owning the entire sales process, from building and managing customer relationships to identifying needs, preparing quotes, negotiating deals, and fulfilling orders. The Account Manager works closely with internal teams to resolve administrative sales tasks, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure seamless order management.

They monitor account profitability, proactively address changes in product costs, and regularly update forecasts to align with division strategies. Collaborating with Sales Development Representatives, Business Development Managers, and Sales Managers, the Account Manager ensures effective performance against key KPIs while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Owning the end-to-end sales process within assigned accounts in geography / territory. Driving revenue and sales growth at assigned accounts through building customer relationships and identifying needs

* Managing accounts by qualifying / understanding account needs, recommending FDH solutions that meet their needs, preparing and sharing quotes, negotiating / closing opportunities, troubleshooting, and fulfilling orders

* Achieving the annual sales quota for assigned accounts

* Qualifying sales leads routed from Sales Development Rep and driving leads to closed deals

* Facilitating administrative sales tasks through review of quotation orders and working with sales support to resolve order acceptance issues, share any information required by order entry / management teams, etc.

* Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems pertaining to sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status

* Assessing customer information to anticipate changes that could affect sales revenues and budget plans; updating rolling forecast monthly and reporting on variances

* Monitoring and maintaining profitability with assigned accounts consistent with overall division strategy. Proactively managing changing landscape of product costs

* Coordinating closely with sales manager to ensure performance against key KPIs and metrics within territory, division, and segment

* Communicating the outcome of negotiations and ensure that contract copies are appropriately documented, approved and distributed

* Working closely with BDMs on assigned accounts to obtain competitive pricing, cost, and other information required to develop the selling strategy and obtain approval for the proposal

* Working internally with supporting teams, such as LTA management
