As Lead Commercial Electrician
, you'll oversee the electrical scope on active job sites, guiding teams and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and plans. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role where your expertise and problem-solving skills will directly shape project outcomes. The immediate opportunity is in Calabasas, with future projects throughout LA County.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and job specifications
• Lead a crew on-site to ensure high-quality installations and safe practices
• Install and troubleshoot commercial/industrial electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local building codes
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Maintain accurate timecards and job documentation
• Operate power tools and aerial lifts safely and proficiently
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field-related electrical issues

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
• Certified Journeyman (required)
• Must have own hand tools and wearable tool bags
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong knowledge of NEC and California electrical codes
• Able to work independently and lead others effectively
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces
• Proficiency with conduit bending and standard power tools
• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Schedule & Location

• Full-time. Monday to Friday. 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Calabasas Start
• Overtime and weekends as needed (paid accordingly)
• Primary job site is Calabasas; other projects throughout Los Angeles County
• Direct-to-jobsite reporting (no daily check-in at headquarters)
