Our Pon.

Bike cluster is a major player in the global bicycle industry. The portfolio includes leading bicycle brands like Cannondale, Caloi, Santa Cruz, One Up, Reserve, Cervélo and many more. We are searching for a Business Analyst for the Pon.

Bike Cluster supporting the Americas region. The position can be based in Santa Cruz, CA or Aliso Viejo, CA.

As the Business Analyst, you will serve as a key engine for growth and efficiency within the Americas Region of Pon.

Bike, the world’s leading bicycle family. Reporting directly to the Strategy Manager, you will provide the data-driven insights and project management support necessary to execute the strategy of the Americas region. By supporting Strategic Planning, Data Analysis, Market Insights and Project Management, you will help translate global strategy into local action, ensuring our brands remain leaders in the competitive bicycle industry.

• Strategic Planning:
  Assist the Strategy Manager in developing, preparing and managing long-term and tactical strategies and projects for the Americas region.
  • Support the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials
  • Create detailed reports to support the Pon.
    
    Bike/Holdings/SvB meetings (Budget, Business Review meetings, etc.)
• Project Management:
  Track the progress of strategic and tactical projects for the multiple Operating Companies
• Reporting & Data Analysis:
  Streamline monthly business reporting (commercial and financial) and conduct data analysis
• Market Intelligence:
  Conduct deep-dive research into sell-in and sell-through data globally and build out research and reports on market and category insights and category trends

• 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Expert proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Power
  
  BI proficiency is preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record of managing multiple timelines without losing attention to detail
• Advanced research capabilities and analytic skills
• Handle tight deadlines & able to navigate dynamic work
• Proficient understanding of business operations in the bicycle industry or consumer goods industry
• Ability to present information in a clear, concise and engaging manner
• A master’s Degree or MBA or equivalent from an accredited university is preferred
• Travel 10% of the time (International travel possible)

Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English (Fluent proficiency level).

This compensation package will be dependent on experience, qualifications, industry experience and the interview with a potential range of up to $75,000 - $85,000.
