Foundation Physicians Medical Group (FPMG), a multi-specialty medical group aligned with Dignity Health, is seeking to add a Breast Imaging Radiologist to live/work in the beautiful coastal city of Santa Cruz, CA
.

• Minimum 50% Breast to start w/ opportunity to grow
• Potential for Medical Directorship
• Expanding radiology service

• Light shared call w/ after hours coverage
• Internal moonlighting opportunity
• PSLF eligible opportunity

• Highly competitive compensation ($500k-$600k DOE) with signing bonus and moving allowance. Opportunity for upside potential based on productivity.
• Excellent benefits package including full health insurance, CME stipend, malpractice insurance and retirement plan.

• Ability to obtain a valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
• Breast Imaging Fellowship preferred
• Will consider MQSA in lieu of breast fellowship
