Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, is seeking a board‑certified Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Santa Cruz, CA.

• Work within a collaborative, physician‑led and patient‑centered environment where high‑quality patient care is prioritized.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, and a variety of metabolic and hormone‑related conditions.
• Balanced work schedule with generous time away from the office.

• Competitive salary: $310‑340k annually.

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and residents.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification in endocrinology.
• Valid medical license to practice in California.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient‑centered care.
