We are seeking Hematology/Oncology physicians for an ongoing locum opportunity in beautiful Santa Cruz, CA. This is an ambulatory-focused role with strong clinical infrastructure and multidisciplinary support.

Primary outpatient infusion center with 15 private bays arranged around a central nursing hub for patient safety and comfort
17-bed inpatient oncology unit with daily multidisciplinary rounds
Weekly tumor boards
Rapid diagnosis clinic
Two radiation centers
Provide expert hematology and oncology care
Utilize the co-located infusion center for modern treatment delivery
Collaborate closely with nurse navigators, social workers, and support staff to ensure a seamless patient journey from diagnosis through survivorship
Dedicated oncology RNs
Nurse navigators
Social workers
Pharmacy liaison for oral medications
Research coordinators
Genetic counselors
24/7 anesthesia coverage
13-18 patients per day
Physicians leaving to start their own practice
Board Certified in Medical Oncology
Board Certified in Hematology
Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
Active California license
BLS & DEA
Clean malpractice and background history
