Role SummaryThe Project Manager leads client‑focused projects involving site development, grading, utility systems, drainage, stormwater, master planning, and entitlement approvals. You will mentor direct reports and maintain quality management processes to keep work on track, within scope and budget.
Responsibilities- Lead 8+ years of engineering and construction projects with strong civil industry knowledge.
- Coordinate teams across construction, master planning and entitlement projects.
- Communicate complex information to internal and client audiences.
- Recruit, mentor and build a diverse engineering team.
- Apply technical understanding of civil infrastructure and land development.
- Travel to offices/sites as needed.
- Maintain a Professional Engineer license (California).
- Master’s or PhD in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, LDT, Storm and Sewer Analysis, Hydro CAD, Flowmasters, Storm
CAD. - Design‑Build project management experience.
- Certifications such as iLEED, Envision, Living Building Challenge, Eco Districts, DBIA.
- GIS knowledge.
- Develop innovative design techniques for productivity.
- Oversee and manage engineering work from inception to construction completion.
- Execute work professionally, safely, and ethically.
- Maintain client engagement and trust.
- Coordinate with principals and operations to assemble teams.
- Ensure scope, schedule and budget compliance.
- Mentor staff and develop team competencies.
- Comply with company business practices such as time entry.
- Maintain a Professional Engineer license.
- Option to own part of the firm with ESOP after one year.

Wage range: $150,000 to $183,000. Compensation determined by skill set, experience, licensure, and business needs.
