Spa Massage Therapist is a skilled and passionate individual who will provide exceptional therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments, ensuring a serene and personalized experience for our guests. With a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to excellence, you will help guests achieve relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being in a tranquil, high-end environment. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY:

• Perform a variety of massage therapies (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, sports massage, and customized treatments) with the highest level of professionalism.
• Consult with guests to assess their needs, preferences, and any medical conditions to provide tailored treatments.
• Maintain a clean, serene, and well-stocked treatment room in accordance with luxury spa standards.
• Promote spa services and retail products with expert recommendations to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in spa operations, including guest check-in/out, locker room assistance, and maintaining a relaxing ambiance.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless guest experiences and exceed service expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to provide cutting-edge treatments.
• Ensure compliance with luxury brand standards and hotel policies.
• Adhere to strict sanitation protocols (OSHA/state board compliance)
• Maintain impeccable grooming standards, wearing the assigned uniform exactly as specified (proper fit, cleanliness, and presentation at all times)
• Wear the official hotel lapel pin prominently as part of the uniform requirement, unless embroidered onto uniform
• Perform all other duties that may be assigned as needed by your manager

INCENTIVES:

• Guaranteed 18% commission on all massage services performed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• (2+) years of previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel preferred
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a warm, professional demeanor
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage
• Experience with CBD-infused, prenatal, or Thai massage is a plus
• Additional certifications in reflexology, Reiki, or other holistic therapies preferred
• Comfortable working in varying indoor lighting and outdoor weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a serene atmosphere
• Flexible to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to be standing and walking for long periods of time
• Capability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight (Up to 25lbs)
