A growing company isseeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join the team. This role plays a key part in supporting the organization's accounting operations, including customer billing, payroll data entry, general bookkeeping responsibilities, and also offers the opportunity to learn "
take off"-reviewing blueprints to determine electrical and lighting needs.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced with accounting toolssuch as Quick Books. They should be comfortable working independently, possess strong organizational skills, and be eager to grow within a supportive team environment.

• Perform customer billing and maintain up-to-date financial records
• Input employee payroll datainto ADP for labor billing (prior ADP experience not required)
• Support general bookkeeping and accounting operations
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
• Learn and assist in"take off" activities by reviewing blueprints for electrical and lighting estimation
• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Prior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is required
• Proficient in Quick Books
  , Microsoft Excel
  , and Word
• Strong understanding of Accounting Principles
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a diverse 23-person team
• Must be self-motivated andable to work independently under a hands-off manager
