Accounting Staff (Food Manufacturing Company)

Responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks within the accounting department of a food manufacturing company, including cash management, accounts receivable/payable, and support for monthly and annual closing.

• Enter accounting data by account category (Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable)
• Process vouchers and related documentation
• Handle incoming and outgoing payments
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing operations
• Prepare and submit various financial reports and materials
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Santa Fe Springs, CA

• Hourly Wage: $22–$27 (Non-exempt, depending on experience)

  High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Skills:
  • Basic accounting knowledge and accurate data entry ability
  • Proficiency in Windows PC and Microsoft Excel
  • Japanese (Professional level) and English (Business level)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills across departments
