We are seeking a detail‑oriented and skilled Estimator to join our team, specializing in the estimation of carports and rooftops. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs, with a focus on carport and rooftop construction. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately evaluating project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and supporting project teams in delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions for our clients.

• Review project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the scope of work.
• Conduct site visits to assess the existing conditions and gather data for accurate cost estimation.
• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for carports and rooftops, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient project costing.
• Identify and evaluate potential cost‑saving opportunities and value engineering options.
• Prepare and submit formal bid proposals to clients and assist in negotiating contract terms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry pricing, material costs, and local building codes.
• Track and manage project budgets, ensuring estimates align with the final costs.
• Review contracts, work orders, and change orders to determine project requirements and cost adjustments.
• Assist with procurement and sourcing materials for carport and rooftop projects.

• Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on carports, roofing, or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and estimating software.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards for carports and roofing.
• Degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.

• Office‑based with occasional site visits to assess project requirements.
• Full‑time position with potential for overtime during peak project seasons.
