Team Lead, Maintenance; 3rd Shift - Ann St

Position: Team Lead, Maintenance (3rd Shift - Ann St))
Job Duties /Technical Skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities. Performs service calls and ability to prioritize emergency breakdowns. Ability to perform under pressure and under limited supervision Advance knowledge with photo eyes, sensors, encoders and limit switches

Expert knowledge in Electro-pneumatic systems, PID controllers and computer-based programs

Advance knowledge to maintain and repair laser date code equipment

Expert knowledge of all plant machinery, including controls and subsystems; can operate machinery to produce a Trojan product or component

Proficient working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Ability to communicate with equipment manufactures to troubleshoot and solve issues during working hours Must have and teach interpersonal skills and leads and drives teamwork culture Other duties as assigned

** Strong troubleshooting skills on mechanical, hydraulics, electrical and pneumatics Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to react in an efficient timely manner with a customer service attitude

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

Strong computer skills, with proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word Follow TBC product requirements and specifications
** Experience
* * 5+ years’ experience in an industrial maintenance environment and 5 + years proven

Experience with PLC and HMI Hardware/Software (Allen Bradley preferred), Variable speed drivers, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas.
