The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement within assigned production areas. This position plays a critical role in meeting customer commitments, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement across processes and teams.

• Plan and direct daily production activities, schedules, staffing, and priorities to meet delivery and quality targets
• Monitor progress against established goals, identifying variances and developing recovery plans for schedule, cost, and quality performance
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, machines, and equipment while maintaining a high standard of product quality
• Coordinate production activities with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Warehouse

• Enforce all safety protocols and ensure employees are properly trained and certified
• Conduct regular safety audits, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and drive compliance with 5S principles
• Promote a culture of zero incidents through proactive hazard identification and corrective actions

• Supervise, coach, and develop production staff to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Conduct regular performance evaluations in coordination with HR, providing constructive feedback and development plans
• Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment that supports employee engagement and retention

• Partner with Methods, Engineering, and Quality teams to enhance process efficiency, work‑cell optimization, and overall throughput
• Lead daily production meetings to review safety, quality, material availability, and improvement opportunities
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen quality

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, efficiency, and labor utilization
• Review and approve employee time reports to ensure accurate project and cost tracking
• Support long‑term production planning and capacity forecasting

• High school diploma required;
  Associate or bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Business preferred
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities in a fast‑paced environment
• Working knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and ERP or manufacturing software systems
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing production needs

• Ensure all safety, quality, and productivity targets are met or exceeded
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area in compliance with company standards
• Demonstrate visible leadership presence on the production floor
• Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence

• Salary range - $80,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience
