• Oversee daily operations of a modern corrugator machine, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of operators, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement production schedules, material flow, and staffing plans to meet production targets.
• Monitor product quality, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, making quick, informed decisions to maintain productivity.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience within a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably corrugation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a production team.
• Strong understanding of corrugator machine operations and processes, including control room, single facer, and double backer functions.
• Proven commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed to support 24/7 operations.

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• A background that includes operating key positions on a corrugator machine.
