Quality Coordinator – Santa Fe Springs, CA—Join our quality team at AFC Industries and help maintain document accuracy, completeness, and compliance. This entry‑level role supports our commitment to consistent quality across our supply chain solutions.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
- Understand and follow all company rules and regulations.
- Generate and issue certification to customers, including supporting alternate organizational locations as necessary.
- Scan and archive all issued customer certification copies into the operational database.
- Expedite, follow up, and provide updates on all in‑process manufacturing work orders.
- Schedule pick‑ups and deliveries of manufacturing work orders.
- Complete special projects for the Quality Manager and/or designee as required.
- High school education (in‑house training provided if needed)
- Good English reading, writing, and grammar skills
- Intermediate typing proficiency and basic computer knowledge
- Strong prioritization and deadline‑meeting abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking ability as needed
- Good organizational skills
- Fast learner capable of grasping new concepts quickly
Hourly Pay: $20.00/hour
Work Hours: Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
