QC Inspector ll

A leading Employee Owned (ESOP) company in the global aerospace industry, is expanding our team! We are seeking two experienced QC Inspectors to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. • Perform detailed inspections (receiving, in-process, final) according to customer requirements and company standards.
• Utilize various inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, bore gages, optical comparators, and profilometers.
• Conduct AS9102 First Article Inspections and other complex inspections.
• Accurately document all inspection results and maintain detailed records.
• Develop and review inspection plans.
• Perform hardness and electrical conductivity testing.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace specifications, quality codes, and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Receiving departments.

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AS9100 quality control within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with mechanical and electronic inspection tools and devices.
• Strong understanding of Geometric and Dimensional Tolerances (GD&T).
• Experience with mylars, optical comparators, thickness gages, and profilometers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• ITAR compliance required.
