Quality Control Inspector

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Responsibilities Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.

Identify and report defects or non-conformities, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.

Perform routine audits of processes and procedures to ensure adherence to quality control protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.

Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality assurance.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in using measuring and testing equipment.
