Your roleYour mission as Light Industrial Sales Representative is to exercise primary control over all customer‑related activities and problems within the assigned area. You will support other factory‑functional areas to complete assigned sales and marketing goals, manage direct selling activities of specific Quincy products in the territory, and ensure individual and company goals are achieved in terms of maximum sales volume and profitability.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Prospect new and drifted accounts to generate revenue.
- Design and layout compressed air solutions focusing on 125 HP and below systems.
- Develop a dealer network to grow equipment market share.
- Build relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory.
- Prepare quotes for Fixed Price Services, Service Plans, and other services.
- Track customer calls and provide reports using the CRM tool.
- Manage quote log and follow up as needed.
- Audit compressed air systems and present results.
- Work with local utility companies to process rebates for energy savings.
- Increase rapport with customers through effective troubleshooting.
- Understand the competitive landscape in the compressor market.
- Stay current with developments in Quincy products and offerings.
- Provide training to customers.
- Achieve sales goals in the territory.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Management, with supplemental technical training or experience.
- 1 to 3 years of compressor industry experience (preferred).
- General knowledge of industrial products including compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, and air treatment.
- Ability to create and manage marketing plans and strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills and a self‑motivated, self‑starter attitude.
- Willingness to travel frequently by air for trainings and sales meetings.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM, search engines, and database management.

- Potential earnings of $150,000 (base salary $60,000‑$92,030 plus car allowance and commission).
You will be remote near San Diego, California with a dedicated territory and will report to our Fontana, California location.
