Job Title:

Client Services Specialist

JANUS et Cie, a reputable, design-focused leader in the furniture industry, is seeking detailed individuals to work as a Client Services Specialist to support our Sales Reps in managing all sales accounts within their territory.

This position is based in Santa Fe Springs, CA, and is office-based from Monday to Friday.

Compensation

Base pay range: $22.00/yr - $24.00/yr, depending on experience. Hourly range: $22-$24 HR DOE.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with sales teams, vendors, clients, and end-users.
  • Partner with assigned sales reps to manage daily account activities.
  • Process and manage complex orders.
  • Handle invoicing, payment collection, and shipment releases.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding order status and changes.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of product lines to assist clients.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and payments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
