Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office role as an Inside Sales Representative at our Santa Fe Springs, CA location. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer satisfaction, customer service, cold calling, and account management. The role will involve building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent service, and achieving sales targets.

What You'll Do
  • Be the voice of Blaine Labs—make outbound calls to medical practices nationwide.
  • Smash monthly sales goals (and celebrate when you do).
  • Build lasting partnerships with doctors and their staff.
  • Share expert knowledge of our product line and guide offices toward smarter dispensing solutions.
  • Keep sales activity and customer records sharp, accurate, and organized.
  • Represent Blaine Labs at select trade shows—travel and networking included.
  • Work with a passionate team that’s got your back as you grow your pipeline.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of inside sales experience (healthcare is a plus, but not required).
  • Fearless on the phone—you know how to grab attention and create connections.
  • A pro at follow-up and staying organized.
  • Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator (verbal and written).
  • Resilient, goal-driven, and always bringing a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Self-starter who manages time well and thrives in an independent, fast-paced role.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Schedule and Compensation
  • Commission: 5% of net sales, uncapped—your hustle determines your paycheck.
  • Full-time, in-office role.
  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
