Aleo Lighting + Controls seeks a Regional Sales Manager in California to drive profitable revenue growth through direct outreach to electrical distributors, contractors, specifiers, ESCOs, and end users. You will own a regional pipeline, recruit and manage rep agencies, and expand Aleo’s presence in markets where it is not yet known.
You will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing and work with inside sales, technical support, and marketing to deliver seamless field support.
