As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entrances and exits, manage visitor access, and conduct regular patrols to help deter security‑related incidents. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with access as needed.
• Monitor and control access points to help deter unauthorized entry and/or activities within logistics and distribution areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the perimeter and interior areas to help deter security‑related risks and report any irregularities found during rounds.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of access logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports in accordance with site requirements.
• Collaborate with logistics and distribution personnel to support security‑related operations and maintain smooth workflow at the location.
• Assist in emergency response activities as directed, supporting evacuation procedures and communication with first responders if necessary.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
