A growing manufacturer known for delivering innovative, energy‑efficient lighting solutions is seeking an experienced Logistics Clerk to support shipping and transportation operations. This temp‑to‑hire opportunity is ideal for a logistics professional who thrives on coordination, accuracy, and communication while working closely with internal teams and customers.

• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, standard business hours
• Pay Rate: $20 per hour

• Release orders to the warehouse team and communicate special shipping requirements
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with customers and carriers
• Generate shipping rate quotes, bills of lading (BOLs), and required documentation
• Track, trace, and update shipment status across small parcel, LTL, and TL freight
• Maintain accurate shipping, logistics, and inventory records within internal systems
• Process carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments
• Schedule RGA shipments and manage related documentation
• Assist with fiscal inventory processes
• Generate shipping confirmations and update daily order reports
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth shipping coordination

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or transportation coordination
• Hands‑on experience with small parcel, LTL, and truckload (TL) shipments
• Proficiency using a TMS, CRM, or similar logistics management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for working with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, in‑person work environment
