Semper Solaris is looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Technician. Under the general direction of the Warehouse Supervisor/Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Technician performs a wide variety of Warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will be motivated, teamwork oriented, dedicated, reliable and dependable.

• Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
• Staging vehicles and jobs with the appropriate materials and equipment
• Taking accurate inventory counts
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Performing various janitorial work inside both the warehouse and office
• Communicate and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure all material inventory is correct for the success of a project.
• Gather, prepare, and stage all materials and equipment for appropriate jobs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in warehouse.
• Ability to successfully navigate inventory system “NETSUITE.”
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
• Various other duties and tasks assigned as needed

• At least 1 or more years of warehouse experience working with Solar
• Must be familiar with solar materials (panels, tile hooks, tilt scales, strut applications, etc.)
• Ability to read plans (blueprints) and use deductive reasoning to create lists of required materials for jobs
• Certified forklift driver a plus!
• Must possess a valid California driver license and a minimum of 2 years driving for a company
• Computer experience a must - having worked with, "All Orders", inventory system a big plus
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Some college preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
• Ability to work with inventory management
• Ability to respond quickly to changes
• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

$17 to $22 per hr. DOE
