Ready to grow your career? Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our hardworking Distribution Center team. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the performance of their assigned shift and for all daily warehouse functions when the Operations Manager is not available.

$30/hour

• Working with management team to supervise all associates assigned to their shifts and ensuring the timely completion of all daily warehouse activities, including (but not limited to):
• All pre- and post-loadout activities.
• Receiving inbound shipments.
• Inventory storage/control/staging/management.
• Cutting and replenishment.
• Wave and assign picking.
• Process returns.
• Assist in training newly onboarded associates and provide ongoing training/coaching as needed.
• Inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain warehouse safety through regular safety audits, machinery safety checks, and ensuring proper procedures are followed on machinery.
• Daily/weekly warehouse walkthroughs.
• Work with management to deal with operational and safety issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous high-volume warehouse experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate warehouse machinery.
• Knowledge of warehouse management system.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75lbs.
• Committed to maintaining an excellent attendance record.
