Immediate Opening:
Tire Technician
At Garcia Tires, we are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Inspect tires on client vehicles for wear, damage, and safety.
- Perform tire repairs, including patching punctures and replacing faulty valves.
- Install new tires and wheels as needed.
- Conduct tire rotations to ensure even wear.
- Balance tires for optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols while working in the shop.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to our customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by recommending appropriate tire options.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a tire technician, lube tech, or related position.
- Experience with tire alignment is a plus.
- Attention to detail and safety‑conscious.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.
- Excellent communication skills.
