- Greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome the moment they walk in
- Answer phones professionally, figure out what they need, and direct them to the right department
- Handle cashier duties - process payments (cash, cards, checks), calculate repair bills, issue receipts, and make change accurately
- Support basic office tasks like filing, simple accounts receivable/payable entries, and keeping things organized
- Help resolve customer questions or concerns quickly and with a positive attitude
- Be part of a supportive team that keeps the dealership running like clockwork
- Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable handling money and basic computer tasks (we’ll train you on our system)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Prior cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we love motivated people who want to grow!
