Presbyterian Medical Group seeks a BE/BC Gastroenterologist trained physician to join our established practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We offer a nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available, CME allowance and fully paid malpractice insurance.

• Expected work schedule: 36 hours of direct patient care, 4 hours of administrative time
• Dedicated GI Lab time 2-3 times per week seeing on average 12-15 patients per day.
• Clinic patient visits 1 day per week.

• Delivers clinical care to patients in the PMG GI practice in all venues including clinic and lab
• Supports mechanisms to gather and report quality measures
• Receives and resolves patient, staff and provider complaints
• Participates in quality improvement plans
• Works with the leadership team including clinic manager and lab manager on the practice’s financial, clinical, and service quality performance
• Participates in the recruitment and retention of physicians and staff who work in the practice
• Takes corrective action when arranged with accountability and authority
• Determines care plans for patients and executes them; teaches, trains and oversees APCs in the care they deliver to GI patients in clinic
• Performs other functions as required

• Education:
  
  M.D./D.O. in clinical practice
• Current New Mexico License required
• Board certified in Gastroenterology
