Physician - Gynecology​/Surgeon

Live and work in the beautiful city of Santa Fe, New Mexico, the “Land of Enchantment.” CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center, a private not‑for‑profit community health system, invites a full‑time gynecologist with robotic surgical experience to join our Women’s Care Specialists Team.

The ideal candidate will provide a full scope of gynecologic care, including surgical services utilizing robotic technology, and share in practice call. The role is performed alongside a multidisciplinary team of OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.

• Deliver all‑scope gynecologic care to patients throughout northern New Mexico.
• Perform minimally invasive and robotic surgeries for conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, pelvic pain, endometriosis, cervical pathology, menopause care, and other benign gynecologic conditions.
• Participate in practice call and may opt into obstetric services.
• Provide clinic‑based obstetrics care and/or work labor‑in‑hospital shifts (24‑hour) with compensation of $3,600 per shift.
• Collaborate with hospital emergency OB backup rotation as required.

• Base salary: $384,000 plus RVU‑earning potential.
• Sign‑on bonus: $40 000 and relocation package: $15 000.
• Annual CME/licensure support: $6 000.

• Minimum 2 years of practice experience.
• Robotic surgical skills.
• Board Certified or eligible within 5 years of training.
