About the Role:School Counselor (Hybrid)
As a School Counselor with TinyEYE, you’ll help create supportive learning environments where students can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. This full-time hybrid role gives you the opportunity to work alongside educators and families who share your passion for helping students succeed.
Responsibilities- Empower students by providing virtual counseling and social-emotional support
- Guide academic and personal growth through assessments, planning, and progress monitoring
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being
- Contribute your expertise in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Active state certification/licensure as a School Counselor
- Preferred: school-based or pediatric experience
- Strong interpersonal, advocacy, and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting student success and equity
- Consistency: Part-time, school-based role with steady caseloads
- Competitive Pay: Earn for both direct and indirect service time
