As a School Counselor with TinyEYE, you’ll help create supportive learning environments where students can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. This full-time hybrid role gives you the opportunity to work alongside educators and families who share your passion for helping students succeed.

• Empower students by providing virtual counseling and social-emotional support
• Guide academic and personal growth through assessments, planning, and progress monitoring
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being
• Contribute your expertise in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings

• Active state certification/licensure as a School Counselor
• Preferred: school-based or pediatric experience
• Strong interpersonal, advocacy, and communication skills
• Commitment to supporting student success and equity

• Consistency: Part-time, school-based role with steady caseloads
