Fall into a career that’s full of purpose. Kingston Residence of Santa Fe is hiring Resident Assistants (RAs) to support seniors in our Assisted Living community. No license or prior healthcare experience is required—we provide training to help you succeed. If you’re dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference, this role offers the chance to grow your career in senior care while enriching the lives of residents every day.

• Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Offer reminders for medications and light daily routines
• Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Work alongside nurses and caregivers to follow individualized care plans

• No license required—training provided
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous caregiving or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and team-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• A heart for seniors and a desire to make every day meaningful
