- Physical stamina: able to stand and walk around for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
- 2+ years of service industry experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Hourly pay: $19.06.
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of Four Seasons’ china, glass, silver, and kitchen equipment.
- In charge of proper cleaning of the kitchen production area and equipment set‑up.
- Assist with expediting food for Banquet functions in accordance with production and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring kitchen floor areas have safety signs and are well kept.
