• 2+ years upscale dining experience, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits).
• Strong business acumen to ensure all expenses are controlled and meeting budget to create strong and innovative revenue‑generating ideas and maximize profits.

• As our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will assist the general manager of the restaurant with food and beverage operations with a focus on Terra and Terra Bar operations.
• The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager takes a hands‑on approach at times working side by side while ensuring the team is meeting all Four Seasons Standards.
• Strong ability to be visible during events providing recognition and good public relations in guest concerns or special requests.
• Monitor and assess products and services and keep up and ahead of event trends and ideas.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
• Assist in recruitment, interviewing and training team members.
