Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout each event.

• Oversee banquet operations, including event setup, execution, and breakdown.

• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Event Management, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless events.

• Supervise banquet staff, delegate responsibilities, and communicate event details and changes.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of daily event schedules, guest counts, room layouts, and setup requirements.

• Ensure event spaces, furnishings, equipment, linens, and audiovisual needs meet guest expectations and resort standards.

• Inspect event spaces and equipment for cleanliness, functionality, and proper setup.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance of event spaces with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage.

• Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines.

• Assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.

• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to obtain required food handling and alcohol service certifications.
