CENCO Claims is looking for a motivated and experienced Property Claims Adjuster to service daily residential and commercial claims in the Santa Fe area. This is a field-based position offering reliable claim volume, flexible scheduling, and responsive support from our in-house team.
What You'll Do:
Inspect damaged properties on-site to assess loss
Write detailed, accurate estimates using Xactimate
Capture thorough photo documentation and maintain clear reporting
Communicate with policyholders and insurance carriers throughout the process
Submit timely, professional claim files
What You'll Need:
Experience with Xactimate estimating software
Solid knowledge of construction and property damage assessment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
New Mexico or designated home state adjuster license
Preferred: 2+ years of property adjusting experience in the field
