We are a rapidly growing business law firm with offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, employing top attorneys in the area.

• Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate, and securities transactions.
• Advise on intellectual property matters including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Provide litigation support and strategy in business law matters.

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New Mexico Bar.
• 10+ years of litigation experience.
• 2+ years of experience within business law.
• Experience with securities law, M&A, commercial leases, real estate, or intellectual property.
