Role: Santa Fe Branch Manager
Position Summary: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the total operations of a Green Summit Landscape Management branch, including field operations, account management, budgeting, team development, and client relationships. This role ensures that both customer satisfaction and branch profitability are consistently achieved through operational excellence and strong leadership.
Reports to: VP of Business Development
Client and Business Management- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients.
- Proactively manage a book of business alongside Green Summit Landscape Management Customer Services best practices.
- Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met across maintenance, irrigation, spray, and enhancement services.
- Conduct site inspections and client walkthroughs to assess quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the renewal of all existing contracts and contribute to business development efforts.
- Achieve enhancement and irrigation revenue goals through proactive selling, ensuring branch revenue and growth goals are met.
- Collaborate with Field Operations and Irrigation teams to scope, price, and propose value‑added services.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to meet or exceed new sales goals, including enhancement and irrigation project revenue.
- Accurately estimate and price new and renewal work, ensuring proper margins and service alignment.
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of field work (maintenance, irrigation, spray, and enhancements).
- Monitor labor hours, gross margins, and budget adherence across all accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Monitor quality control and enforce safety policies and procedures at all job sites.
- Ensure equipment, materials, and fleet assets are used and maintained properly.
- Participate in job costing, work order review, and project forecasting.
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of Crew Leaders, Irrigation Techs, Spray Techs, and field personnel.
- Ensure all team members receive proper training aligned with Green Summit’s quality and operational standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching, counseling, and discipline when needed.
- Maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and high performance.
- Identify staffing needs and ensure field teams are adequately resourced.
- Demonstrates professional appearance and hygiene.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 3–5 years of landscape management or operations experience, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape management, business, or related field preferred—or equivalent experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows 10+, and business systems.
- Familiar with reading and managing P&L statements, budgets, and job costing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check.
The work environment is a professional office setting and in the field. Often times will be working alone and therefore required to be self‑motivated and self‑starting to accomplish the job duties and responsibilities. Must be willing to perform field work as needed to support field operations. Occasionally lift and move up to 35 pounds. Any offer of employment is contingent upon passing a background check.
Must have a valid and current driver’s license.
$70,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr
