Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Assisted Living & Memory Care | Kingston Residence of Santa Fe, NM

Full-Time or Part-Time | New Mexico LPN License Required

Kingston Residence of Santa Fe is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide resident-focused care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. If you’re looking for flexible scheduling, a supportive culture, and the chance to make a daily difference, this is the opportunity for you.

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
• Safely administer medications and treatments with accuracy
• Monitor resident health and promptly communicate changes to RNs and physicians
• Support residents living with dementia using patience, empathy, and person-centered care approaches
• Partner with caregivers, residents, and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents and staff

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or long-term care preferred
• Compassionate, team-focused, and dependable personality
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
