Registered Nurse

Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying, flexible position providing skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric patients in the Home Health Care setting. This role offers exceptional flexibility—you schedule directly with your patients, allowing you to decide when your day starts and ends and fit patient visits around your own appointments. This position is sometimes called a case manager RN because you will manage your patients' overall plan of care.

• Provide skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric patients in home health care
• Manage patients  overall plan of care
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and other healthcare providers as needed
• Document care and progress using electronic charting

• Active RN license in the state
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with adult/geriatric med-surg patients

Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr
