Travel RN – Emergency Room

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room :
Travel

Location: Santa Fe, NM 87505.

Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension).

Shift/

Schedule:

Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency room patients across all age groups.
• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Respond effectively to emergency and crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with unit and organizational standards.
• Demonstrate professional communication with patients, families, and staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current New Mexico RN license or Compact State RN license.
• BLS (AHA).
• ACLS (AHA).
• PALS (AHA).
• TNCC or ATCN.
• Ability to handle high-acuity emergency situations.
• Knowledge of patient rights and age-appropriate care.
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills.

Preferences:

• CPI or equivalent certification preferred.
• Prior Emergency Room experience preferred.
