Indigo Sun Palliative Care, a Division of Luna Del Valle Healthcare Services, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality palliative care to patients facing serious illnesses. • Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN in a palliative care setting.
• Assist in pain and symptom management to enhance patient comfort.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, and chaplains.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and disease processes.
• Monitor andيدات and report changes in patient conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and best practices.

• Active LPN license in NM.
• Experience in palliative care, hospice, home health, or related field preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
