* Schedule:

** 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts; 1-2 weekend call shifts per month (24-hour); 1-2 call nights per week with charge duties as needed

- Work with EPIC EMR system in a collaborative clinical setting
- Float to main and other departments as needed, providing diverse clinical experience
- Deliver routine and complex patient care while demonstrating clinical autonomy and critical thinking
- Participate in charge nurse responsibilities and delegation of care to team members
- Comprehensive nursing practice utilizing the full nursing process from assessment through evaluation
** Requirements:** - Active RN License in New Mexico or compact state licensure- BLS certification via American Heart Association required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
- Ability to manage complex patient care situations and delegate appropriately
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
