Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care

Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a travel assignment in long-term care, located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Start date is 11/13/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $732 to $766 per week with guaranteed hours of 36. Shift is 3x12 nights (18:00–06:30). This is a travel temporary assignment in a LTC - Nursing Home setting.

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses under RN supervision
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care for residents in a long-term care setting
• Perform routine nursing duties including wound care, toileting assistance, and hygiene support
• Monitor vital signs, report changes, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote safety and comfort
• Ensure accurate charting, medication reconciliation, and adherence to infection control protocols

• Active Practical Nurse license (state of licensure appropriate for practice)
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work the 18:00–06:30 night shift in a travel assignment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
