Responsibilities
  • Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for assigned properties.
  • Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases.
  • Close sales: generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, follow up as needed, and complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
  • Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
  • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
  • Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals.
  • Perform various administrative tasks; address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing resident retention programs and participate in outreach/marketing efforts.
  • Maintain knowledge of property, market conditions, and competitors; complete weekly market survey reports.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Physical Requirements
  • Bolded:
    The role requires mobility, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, and ability to work in various environments and hours, including overtime, weekends, and emergencies.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $20 per hour to $21 per hour
