We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Leasing Professional to join our team in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing leases, and fostering a positive community environment.

• Greet and welcome prospective tenants, offering detailed information about available properties and the leasing process.
• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits.
• Process rental applications, perform background checks, and verify references to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all parties involved.
• Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, fostering a positive community environment.
• Address and resolve tenant concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to provide prospective tenants with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to attract new residents.
• Participate in community events and activities to develop and maintain property visibility and reputation.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
• Prior experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of prospective tenants.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
