As a key member of our antibody discovery team, you will lead the construction and quality control of naïve in vitro antibody libraries using cutting‑edge molecular biology techniques.

• Build and QC naïve in vitro antibody libraries using PCR, cloning, and display technologies.
• Construct antibody libraries via phage/yeast display and other molecular biology methods.
• Perform phage library production and amplification.
• Conduct full library quality control using next‑generation sequencing and analytical techniques.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop new library formats.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic lab notebooks.
• Follow and contribute to SOP development and process optimization.
• Support innovation in antibody engineering and recombinant protein expression.

• PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Immunology, or related life science field with 2–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in biotech or pharma.
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques including PCR, cloning, and sequence analysis.
• Experience with phage or yeast display systems.
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

• Mastery of molecular biology, including primer design, SOP writing, and process streamlining.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with adaptability to fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,000.00 - $. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part‑time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
