Grocery clerks work across several store departments—dry grocery, dairy, and frozen—to stock shelves, fill bins, and maintain cleanliness and presentation. Duties include receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, moving products to the sales floor with various equipment, and rotating merchandise to keep the freshest items available. This role thrives on speed and precision in a dynamic environment.

• Team members under 18 are restricted from the following tasks:
• Using a knife (other than safety cutters)
• Using a ladder
• Operating garbage or cardboard compactor
• Operating any motor‑ or electronically powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks)
• Working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods of time

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrates mutual respect for others and upholds Sprouts’ high‑level code of ethics in a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Positive attitude and ability to engage customers
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions in a team environment
• Capability to perform repetitive activities, multi–task, prioritize, and stay organized
• Horizontally or vertically lift boxes up to 60 lb. (5‑44 inches, up to 5 ft. distance, for up to 25 hrs) without mechanical assistance
• Adherence to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights & Measures regulations
• Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned
