We are on the lookout for highly motivated Area Sales Managers who are eager to take their careers to the next level. In this role, you will manage a specific geographic area, foster strong relationships with automotive dealers, and drive substantial sales growth by influencing dealers to submit retail auto loan applications while consistently meeting Lobel Financial’s performance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently exceed goals by developing and implementing strategies to not only meet but exceed sales targets within your territory.
- Foster mutually beneficial partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers to increase profitability for both parties.
- Prospect new dealers, actively onboarding new dealerships to expand Lobel Financial’s market presence.
- Influence outcomes and drive service excellence by communicating the value of Lobel Financial’s products and services effectively, providing outstanding support to dealer accounts.
- Plan and organize daily activities strategically to maximize selling opportunities and generate revenue for the company.
- Train and develop dealers on Lobel Financial’s program offerings, ensuring they can utilize the platform effectively.
- Travel extensively, becoming a road warrior by spending quality time in dealerships and building relationships firsthand.
- Proven sales experience, especially in automotive finance or subprime finance sectors, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with a dealer‑centric approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Results‑driven mindset focused on revenue generation and business growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively to engage with dealer clients and prospects.
- Previous experience delivering positive outcomes in subprime auto finance environments.
