Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer - Retail Concierge to join our team in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves safeguarding clients across a range of industries, including retail and malls, while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Wed 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Thu 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Sun 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

• Proof of high school diploma or GED (required by the client).
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Handcuff, pepper spray, and baton certification (preferred).Guard card or license (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screening subject to legal requirements.
• Criminal history will be considered in compliance with applicable laws.
• Driver’s license required only for driving positions.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
