Aline Logistics runs Fed Ex Ground delivery routes out of Santa Fe, and we’re hiring drivers at $20 per hour. The schedule includes weekday options, with routes starting at 8 AM.

Aline Logistics is a Fed Ex Ground contractor operating from its Santa Fe terminal. Drivers receive one week of paid training at $19 per hour and are paid weekly. Full-time employees can access dental and vision insurance, and paid sick time begins accruing immediately.

You’ll deliver packages on rural, city, business, and residential routes in Santa Fe and Ojo Encino, using a company-provided box truck, step van, or cargo van. Miles vary by area and route. The work includes loading and unloading packages and frequent bending, lifting, and getting in and out of the vehicle.

Expect an average of 7–9 hours per day, until all packages are delivered. Candidates from San Isidro, Hema Springs, and Cuba can apply.

• Prior courier experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

Monday–Friday, Monday–Saturday, or Monday–Thursday and Friday. Routes start at 8 AM and average 7–9 hours, until route completion.
